ABS Visiting Scholar Scheme Professor Theofanis Mamuneas is an internationally renowned researcher on the fields of R&D, technological change, growth and productivity. He has published in top journals in economics and econometrics like the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of European Economic Association, the Economic Journal and the Journal of Applied Econometrics. He is has worked in New York University, University of Leicester and he is currently Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, University of Cyprus. Prof Mamuneas is an Associate Editor in the Journal of Productivity Analysis since 2011. He will be visiting ABS early February under the ABS Visiting Scholar Scheme. On Monday 4th of February will give a seminar at 14.00 in Susan Cadbury Lecture Theatre. The tile of the presentation is “Congestion, Highway Capital and Productivity Growth” and will last approximately 1 hour.
