An investigation into the effects of excipient particle size, blending techniques and processing parameters on the homogeneity and content uniformity of a blend containing low-dose model drug
Collection Method: Quantitative and qualitative data were collected for this study, the Excel files contain callibration curve for a model low drug dose ( Egocalciferol Vit D2) , Diffrent mixing techniques ( geometric and orederd ) were included as well. Data is also included for adhesion energy measurments( obtained from interferomtry technique) for mterials that were used in this study.
