Biography
Dr. Hamrabadi is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Aston Business School, Aston University. His research focuses on Strategy and International Business, with particular emphasis on MNE behavioural strategy, subsidiary decision-making under uncertainty, relative performance, and location choice. His research has been published in high-quality international outlets such as Entrepreneurship & Regional Development and Cross Cultural & Strategic Management, and has received several recognitions, including being selected as the Best Paper and also a finalist for the Best Paper in Global Strategy Award at Academy of Management (International Management Division).
Dr. Hamrabadi received his PhD in Economics and Management from the University of Trento, where he graduated with Distinction and was selected as the Best PhD Graduate of the programme. He also received his MSc in International Business and Development from the University of Parma.
