Research Interests

I am interested in using fMRI to investigate the differences between auditory and visual word processing in the brain. My supervisors on this project are Laura Shapiro, Jo Taylor, and Joel Talcott.


Before joining Aston University, I investigated children’s cumulative cultural learning under the supervision of Claudio Tennie and Eva Reindl in the Tools and Culture group.
