Biography
An experienced senior teaching fellow specialising in the psychology of work and organisations and human resource management. Prior to entering higher education, experience was gained as a consultant specialising in advising organisations on assessment, selection, talent managment, learning and development.
Research Interests
Research interests include the role of individual differences at work, specifically relating to how differences can be measured and evaluated in selection settings. Current research includes the development of a Situational Judgment Test to measure ethical decision making and the role of character and virtue in ethical decision-making.
