Research Interests
Dr Amara Cynthia Ajaegbu is a Teaching Fellow in Operations and Information Management Department at Aston Business School. Her research interest lies in technology innovation for value creation, value capture and value co-creation in servitisation, more especially in the manufacturing industry.
Amara is passionate about teaching and learning both at undergraduate and postgraduate level and achieved Fellowship of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Research Interest Includes:
• Artificial intelligence, IoT and data sharing in servitisation, Manufacturing, and Service networks.
• Servitisation in Manufacturing organisations
• Digital revolution, adoption, tech start-ups, and capital inclusion.
• Technology adoption in the Service industry: Value creation and value (co) creation perspective.
• Technological innovations and its influential factors on value creation for advanced services, integrated product service offerings, product-service systems etc.
