Research Interests

My research interests include supply chain risk management and information flows in the supply chain. I have pedagogical interest in the applications of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) in teaching and learning. This includes applying systems thinking and SSM to various operations, business and management consultancy contexts. The comparative discourse between Gen AI and SSM is also of interest.
