Behnaz Haj Mohammadi is a PhD researcher in International Business at Aston University, specializing in knowledge-hiding behaviours, innovation, and SME de-internationalization. Her research explores how knowledge-sharing dynamics and competitive market forces shape firms’ internationalization and de-internationalization strategies.
With 14 years of professional experience in business, sales management, and market research, she brings a practical understanding of SME operations to her research.
