    I am currently a Lecturer in Marketing along with the Departmental Enterprise and Employability Convenor. My work involves teaching and assessing in the specialist Marketing subjects of Consumer behaviour, entrepreneurial marketing and strategy, professional development and employability along with events marketing and PR. I have previously worked at other Universities leading the Business and Management Degree provision. 

    Research Interests

    My research interests reflect my current DBA studies concerning services marketing and customer journey modelling. I am specifically focusing on the expanded customer journey model and the particular relational aspects of co created journeys over longitudinal periods. I have recently produced a book chapter along with a research article focusing on relational aspects of posthumanistic lifestyles. Animal human relationships and their significance in organisational and lifestyle contexts. Sustainability lifestyles and ruralscapes.


    I am currently studying on a DBA at Aston Business School for completion 2025.

    I oversee the development of the 3E agenda and its integration at UG and more recently at PG level. I am currently leading the Aston Global Advantage Marketing Programme which involves working with external partners in developing the professional and entrepreneurial skills of BSc Strategic Marketing Management students.

    External Connections and Partnerships

    I currently mentor a B2B network - I co founded the network and it has now managed by external colleagues.

    I have worked with Wrexham Glyndwyr University on EEUK Workshops for collaborative student learning experiences.

    I am a Track Chair for the EEUK / IEEC Conference for the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Teaching and Curriculum Theme and review proposals.

    I have reviewed core text books for Consumer Behaviour for a variety of publishers.
