Biography
A practitioner-academic, I aim to combine my academic, technical and business management experience to help prepare students for enjoyable and fulfilling employment or entrepreneurial careers. An international management career (incl. CEO of a global joint-venture group; director responsible for a plc’s strategic M&A projects); periods based in the Americas and continental Europe, managing worldwide businesses. CEng, CEnv qualifications as chartered engineer (FIMMM) and chartered professional environmentalist
Research Interests
Development and application of blended and experiential learning in management education. Simulation-based training [SBT]. Inter-cultural education in HEIs. M&A studies, incl. cultural DD.

Strategic management and international business strategy, mainly for postgrad, degree apprentice and executive education; management consulting; artificial intelligence (AI) with business strategy; development and application of blended and experiential learning, including business simulations.
