I am a lecturer in Strategic Management. My research interest is situated at the intersections of Strategy, Innovation and Organisation. My current research focuses on generative forms of organising, socio-cognitive underpinnings of organisations, and creative enactments through discourses and micro-level interactions/interdependencies. My (meta)theoretical persuasions include practice theory, meaning-making frames, and microstoria. I am Associate Editor for Strategy & Leadership Journal, and Track Chair for Strategy-as-practice at the British Academy of Management.
