    I am an applied linguist interested in communication in professional, workplace and digital contexts.

    I have been studying and training professional communication for  over 10 years. Drawing on my research and extensive training experience I also help businesses and organisations to realise their business potential by improving their communications.

    As a researcher I am particularly interested in professional (and) interpersonal communication in the work environment, including non-verbal communication, politeness, relational and gendered communication. My specialism includes computer-mediated communication and social media.

    I am the regional Vice President for Europe, Africa and the Middle is in the Association for Business Communicaiton.
