Research Projects/Collaborations

I am Co-Investigator on the AIRDN+ project funded by Research England 2025-2029 to explore doctoral students' use of GenAI.

I have been Principal Investigator on three projects funded by Cancer Research UK and Co-Investigator on three further studies exploring smoking and cessation, including a study with people living with HIV in Uganda. 

Biography

I am Programme Director for the Sociology and Criminology BSc courses. I previously worked at Durham University and at the University of York.
