Hoa Do is a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in HRM/OB in the Department of Work and Organisation. Prior to joining Aston Business School in February 2022, he was a Senior Research Fellow in HRM at Nottingham Trent University, UK and an Assistant Professor in Management at Musashi University, Japan. He obtained his PhD at Aston University in 2017 investigating the underlying mechanism between HPWS and the performance of Vietnamese service firms.
