    Biography

    Ines joined Aston University in 2024, as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Her work explores the intersection between firm performance, innovation, and purpose, as firms’ social, environmental, and financial goals. Before joining Aston, she completed a PhD at King’s Business School, King’s College London and an MSc. in London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to academia, she worked in the non-profit sector.
