Research Interests

Iyare is interested in International Business Law involving Secured Transactions Law, Collateral Registry System and Designs, International Commercial Leasing, Financing of Aircraft, Railway and Space Equipment, Financial Market Law, Sustainable Infrastructure and Economic Development in Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA region and other emerging markets.
