Dr Jakob Stollberger is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Aston Business School. Prior to joining Aston Business School, Jakob held research positions at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge as well as at the University of Birmingham. Before that, Jakob was a Visiting Scholar at the Rotterdam School Management, Erasmus University.

Jakob's research focuses on the work-family interface, the future of work, and leading innovation efforts at work. He also works as a practitioner consulting businesses in these areas. He publishes his research in leading journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
