Biography
Johannes de Kam joined Aston University as a Lecturer in December 2024. Johannes is a qualitative researcher interested in practice-based approaches to learning, international mobilities of employees and leadership. Johannes is the module leader for ‘Leadership and Decision-Making’.
Johannes holds a PhD from the University of Warwick, where he has also completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the Institute of Advanced Learning and taught various modules for seven years.
Johannes frequently works with companies in delivering and designing award-winning learning initiatives towards critical, reflective and collaborative approaches to issues pertaining to sustainability.
