Biography
Joy is a Senior Teaching Fellow and the Deputy Head of Department for the Business Analytics and Information Systems Department. She has over 20 years of teaching experience at a number of UK universities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Joy is currently a member of the Society for Research into Higher Education Governing Body.
Research Interests
Joy’s research focuses on the early stages of systems development, particularly systems modelling, requirements engineering, business IS/IT alignment and also the learning and teaching of information systems in higher education.
