Biography

Kris is a Senior Teaching Fellow at Aston Law School. His research focuses on Sports Law, and Medical Law & Ethics, particularly in relation to negligence liability, risk and informed consent.

Kris is also an active writer in learning and teaching, and has particular interests in transmedia, game-based learning and their digital application.

He has presented widely nationally and internationally within the sports law community and has also appeared as a guest speaker on sports law issues on both radio and television (live and pre-recorded).

He is currently researching how lectures are delivered within higher education.
