Biography
Kurt Y. Liu is a Reader in Supply Chain Analytics at the Department of Engineering Systems & Supply Chain Management (ESSCM). He joined Aston University in January 2023.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Supply Chain Analytics at Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow (2020-2022), and a Lecturer in Operations management at University of Birmingham (2016-2020).

- Master of Logistics Management & Master of Transport Management, Institute for Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS), University of Sydney, Australia, 2009.
- Bachelor of E-Commerce, Major: Supply Chain Management, University of Waikato, New Zealand & Arizona State University, USA, 2006
