General

Luke is a Chartered Psychologist and Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Aston Business School.

He is Co-Director of the MSc in Work Psychology and Business programme, a module leader for a postgraduate module, and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations. 

Luke has written and presented work for both academic and practitioner audiences, and currently serves on the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Human Resource Management. He is also a regular reviewer for Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resource Development Quarterly, and for the Academy of Management Annual Meetings.

Prior to joining Aston Business School, Luke held a Lectureship position at Brighton Business School, University of Brighton, and before that was a Research Officer for the Institute for Employment Studies.
