    Maryam Aldossari is a Senior Lecturer in International Human Resource Management. Within the fields of organisational behaviours, human resource management, and diversity management, her research contributes to the sub-filed of the psychological contract, international assignment, idiosyncratic deals, and gender and equality.  Prior to joining Aston Business School, she was lecturer in International Human Resource management at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
