Biography
Priscilla is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Information and Communication Technology, and works within the Operations & Information Management Department in Aston Business School. She is an inspiring and passionate teacher, with teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate) and research experience in business information systems, e-business and m-Commerce. Prior to this, she worked in industry in different roles that includes IT Project Management, Consulting and Systems Deployment. In 2013, she was accepted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honour society for business excellence. Her paper was in the top 10 distinguished papers in the European Doctoral Association in Management and Business Administration (EDAMBA) Thesis Competition 2018. She achieved Senior Fellowship of the UK Higher Education Academy (UK HEA) in 2021 and holds membership of professional bodies such as British Computer Society (BCS) and SRHE. In addition to teaching and research, Priscilla is passionate about creative art, faith and charitable activities.
Priscilla was the Programme Director for MSc Information Systems and Business Analysis from 2018 till 2022 and took on the role of Learning and Teaching Director for Operations and Information Management Department from 2022 to 2024. She currently serves as the Programme Director for Business Computing and IT BSc (Hons).
