Biography
Qing Liu joined Aston Business School in September 2023 as a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and HRM. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to her doctoral study, Qing worked in a consulting company and a Fortune Global 100 company in China. Her current research and teaching interests include leadership/followership, creativity/innovation, proactivity, and organizational psychology.
