Dr Reza Marvi (PhD, MSc, BSc) is a lecturer in Marketing and Strategy at Aston Business School. He is also the PhD lead of the Marketing and Strategy department. Prior to joining Aston Business School, he was an associate lecturer in Marketing and Branding at the Middlesex Business School in London, UK. In addition, Reza has several years of experience conducting marketing consultancy projects in the UK and Iran.
The primary focus of Reza's research has been on consumer behaviour from a multidisciplinary perspective, with a particular emphasis on customer engagement and the customer experience in the service context. His academic articles have appeared in the British Journal of Management, the Journal of Business Research, the European Journal of Marketing, and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management as well as other academic journals and books.
