Biography

Dr Seif Allah El Mesloul Nasri is a Research Associate at the Aston Digital Futures Institute, Aston University. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, human–computer interaction, and immersive technologies, with particular emphasis on gamification, conversational agents, extended reality (XR), and digital twins for healthcare and urban systems.

He co-leads and contributes to interdisciplinary projects including TrackWise , a privacy-preserving AI-powered Virtual Health Coach for chronic disease management, and DIATOMIC, a national programme supporting SMEs in the adoption of digital twin technologies. His work emphasises privacy-by-design AI, client-side generative models, adaptive gamification, and user-centred co-design.

Dr Nasri is also Chair and Network Lead of the NetZero Digital Twin Alliance (NDTA), coordinating collaboration across academia, industry, and the public sector around digital twins for net-zero, sustainability, and smart-city applications
