    Biography

    Dr. Siqi Wang joined Aston Business School in September 2023 as a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. 

    Her research focuses on the interaction between work and nonwork life, particularly how employees proactively shape their work and nonwork experiences, and how support from leaders, organisations, and family members, enables employees to thrive in both work and life.
