General

I currently teach a number of energy related and power engineering modules across a wide range of undergraduate programmes. As Associate Dean I am responsible for many aspects of undergraduate programmes. I hold (and have held) a number of external examiner appointments on undergraduate engineering programmes in the UK and overseas.

I am actively involved with the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) as both a Professional Registration Advisor and Assessor.

Research Interests

Member of the Sustainable Engineering Research Group. Interests include:

  • Energy Efficiency

  • Industrial Applications of Electricity

  • Modelling of Electricity Supply Networks

Teaching Activity

I teach modules in the areas of Energy Studies, Design and Power Engineering. Current students can find links to all of these via the Blackboard site.
