Biography
Prof. Dr. Vignesh Yoganathan is Professor of Marketing at Aston University, Birmingham. His current research revolves around the implications of robots and Artificial Intelligence for frontline services, and the effective communication of corporate social responsibility and sustainability to stakeholders. Prof. Yoganathan employs a variety of research methods ranging from statistical modelling/machine learning and experiments to phenomenological and interpretive approaches. His work has been published in leading journals including the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Ethics, and Tourism Management. Beyond his research, Prof. Yoganathan is an internationally experienced educator with specialisations in postgraduate education and digital learning. He has led significant projects focusing on digital communications and stakeholder engagement in public, private, and voluntary sector organisations, funded by sources including the UK government and the European Union. Prior to his current role at Aston University, he held several academic leadership positions, including Director of Digital Learning and Director of MBA at leading UK universities.
