Dr Xia Li joined Aston Business School as a Lecturer in Accounting in October 2025. Her research focuses on Market-Based Accounting, Earnings Quality, Sustainability Accounting, Corporate Governance, Executive Compensation, with publications in journals such as the Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting and the International Review of Financial Analysis.
