Yong Yang got his Ph. D in research of experimental implementation of whispering gallery mode microlasers in 2008. He did research topics on optomechanics, sensing and frequency comb generations in novel whispering gallery mode microresonators. Now, his research interest in AiPT is photonics applications of SNAP resonators.
