Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于分阶段物理模型及粒子滤波的滚动轴承剩余寿命预测方法,其特征包括如下步骤:1)采集滚动轴承运行状态振动信号,从中提取特征数值;2)设置报警阈值、分阶段点阈值、停车阈值分别作为预测初始点、第二阶段和第三阶段分界点、预测截止点。3)设置粒子滤波算法初始值;4)建立不同劣化阶段滚动轴承初始模型;5)设置模型初始参数数值;6)应用最小二乘法更新模型参数;7)应用上述不同劣化阶段物理模型及粒子滤波算法进行滚动轴承剩余寿命预测;8)滚动轴承剩余寿命预测输出。该方法具有实时性、有效性、准确率较高等优点,适合于多种设备的滚动轴承剩余寿命预测。
