Abstract

一种平行轴齿式压缩机临界负荷故障诊断方法属于旋转机械振动状态监测与故障诊断领域。本发明涉及平行轴齿式压缩机实时在线监测,通过对压缩机转轴振动信号、键相信号以及入口导叶反馈信号的采集和处理,判断机组运行转速条件以及入口导叶反馈条件,进一步将计算的通频特征值与机组报警与值比较,判断振动通频趋势条件,同时结合快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法计算转子振动信号的频谱,得到转频幅值与通频特征值的比值,根据比值定量的判断转轴振动主导频率条件,根据判定条件,实时在线诊断平行轴齿式压缩机组是否发生临界负荷故障。本发明具有方法科学,结论可靠,能够实现平行轴齿式压缩机临界负荷故障实时在线诊断。
