Acoustically induced increase of bragg grating bandwidth in four holes suspended core fiber

Abstract

The acousto-optic induced modulation of fiber Bragg gratings in a suspended core fiber is experimentally demonstrated. The grating bandwidth is increased by up to 57%, which is tunable by 10 V of an electric signal.
