Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于计算流体动力学理论的多级离心泵叶轮口环磨损量监测方法。其包括如下几个方面:1)、基于计算流体动力学理论的整机流场建模分析部分,建立多级离心泵整机流场模型,得到不同口环间隙尺寸下多级离心泵效率大小情况,得到效率随口环磨损变化曲线。2)、多级离心泵的效率实时监测,从多级离心泵入口和出口压力变送器以及流量变送器分别接读取压力与流量数据,读取电机效率以及功率因数,实现多级离心泵效率的实时监测。3)、轴向振动和径向振动信号采集,测量转子径向振动值。4)、根据采集到轴向和径向振动信号判断是否为口环磨损引起的效率下降,根据计算出的多级离心泵实时效率和效率关系曲线推测出口环磨损量。
