Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel multi-band CNOM-based encryption scheme for secure OFDM-PONs. The proposed method can achieve a huge key space of 9768, and reduce the computational complexity by up to 97% of the original single-band encryption without affecting the transmission performance.
