Abstract

This mini-guide is for executives and managers within manufacturing businesses who are setting out to engage stakeholders with servitization, and especially with advanced services. It introduces the concept of storytelling as a valuable tool for fostering the engagement of stakeholders across an organisation.

In particular, this mini-guide sets out to: (i) equip executives with an understanding of how to create compelling story content and (ii) tailor this for the purpose of servitization and organisational change.
