Mueller matrix microscopy, statistical moments, correlation, and fractal distribution structures of the “orientational” and “orientational-phase” elements of the Mueller matrix fibrillar networks of myocardium sections of the studied groups are investigated. The possibilities of using wavelet-analysis of the azimuthally-independent Mueller matrix invariants of manifestations of optical anisotropy at the primary and secondary levels of the structure of myosin section networks in the post-mortem diagnosis of myocardium ACI are considered. The post-mortem diagnosis of myocardium ACI is implemented with greater balanced accuracy.
