Eczema and eye rubbing: a case of pupillary entrapment of a posterior chamber IOL

Abstract

Cataract is well known to be associated with severe eczema; in some cases surgical intervention is required. We report a case of pupillary entrapment of the posterior chamber intraocular implant with pupil block glaucoma in an atopic patient after cataract surgery.
