Abstract

The article discusses the financial services industry, Brexit of Great Britain on developing contingency plans to deal with unimagined scenarios. Topics include European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) on implementing the 2009 G20 commitment to increase the stability of the Over-the-counter (OTC); offers or planning to offer services to European Union (EU) clearing members and their client; and Member State central bank which decided that a CCP which able to provide services in the EU.
