Abstract
This case study proposes a Warehouse-Specific Digital Maturity Model to address gaps in existing frameworks and enhance digital maturity in a warehouse operation. Using the Process Oriented Holonic Modelling PrOH Modelling Methodology, it aligns Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation with business needs by fostering stakeholder engagement and addressing change management challenges. This case study (TileCom) demonstrates improved automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Findings provide actionable insights for organisations seeking to achieve structured digital transformation while identifying challenges such as system integration and data quality. Future research will explore scalability and the integration of emerging technologies.
