Research output: Preprint or Working paperTechnical report

Abstract

The two-stage group testing method is examined and its application
in COVID-19 is discussed. The expected false positive rate and false
negative rate are calculated for given values of sensitivity, specicity,
prevalence and group-testing parameters. To reduced false negative
rate, we suggest to test the pooled sample multiple times at the rst
stage.
