Abstract

We demonstrate the first experiment combining dual-band optical phase conjugation (OPC) and commercially available real-time transceivers in a 2x50km SSMF first-order Raman pumped link. The results show up to 6dB nonlinear threshold improvement in 100 Gb/s DP-QPSK 100km SSMF transmission using the dual-band OPC.
