Abstract
Frames of two dimensional signals, formed from the frames of one-dimensional signals are proposed. Such 2-D frames are obtained by computing the cross ambiguity function between frame elements in one dimension and the elements of the corresponding reciprocal frame. The frames are calculated by means of a simple computational task, that amounts to computing Fourier transforms.
