Abstract

In children with MOGAD, relapse risk is significant - estimated between 17 and 40 %. Maintenance therapy is now widely recommended after the second attack, to prevent further relapses [1]. However, high quality evidence comparing the efficacy of different maintenance therapies in paediatrics remains limited, and clinicians with expertise in pediatric MOGAD remain divided on optimal strategies...
