Abstract

In this paper, we demonstrate a fast switching dual polarization DDQPSK packet switched receiver with very short waiting times. The system employs m^th power DDQPSK decoding for high frequency offset tolerance, and Stokes parameter estimation for robust polarization demultiplexing.
