Abstract

This toolkit offers a coherent framework for increasing and enhancing the involvement of black and minority ethnic service users and carers in decisions that shape the way mental health services are designed, managed, delivered and monitored in the East Midlands. It provides practical advice on involving and consulting BME mental health service users and carers.
