Abstract

Correlation of the molar excess enthalpies for the two ternary mixtures benzene-cyclohexane hexane (at 298.15 K and 81060 Pa) and acetonitrile-benzene-tetrachloromethane (at 298.15 K and 101325 Pa) was performed using the Peng-Robinson-Stryjek-Vera equation of state model with the two-parameter Adachi-Sugic combining rule (PRSV-AS model). The PRSV-AS model gave very good results for both of the ternary mixtures mentioned above.
