Abstract

We read with interest the article by Kerasnoudis et al., who described a nerve ultrasound score, the Bochum ultrasound score (BUS), as a useful tool that can distinguish acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP) from acute-onset chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AO-CIDP).
